槟城极乐寺新春万佛灯会
槟城极乐寺每年农历新年都要举办万佛光明吉祥灯会，从除夕开始，亮灯长达一个月的时间，吸引大批民众前往拜佛、赏灯。不过，这段时间也会导致周边交通极为拥堵，而且很难找到停车位，所以建议大家搭乘巴士交通，并且耐心等待。另外，正月十五过后赏灯人潮会减退，亮灯则仍将持续到每晚11点，所以这时再去会轻松一点。
