Beijing Taxi is a timely, uncensored and richly cinematic portrait of China’s ancient capital as it undergoes a profound transformation. The film takes an intimate and compelling look at the lives of three cab drivers as they confront modern issues and changing values against the backdrop of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. Originating in the Ming dynasty, this technique of wood printing and hand painting delivers a beautiful piece of artwork. Yangliuqing is a region southeast of Beijing that is known for creating some of the best New Year’s prints in China. The artists Wang Wenda 王文达 (carver), Chen Yuhua 陈玉华 (painter), Gao Yan 高筵 (outliner) are from Yangliuqing Painting Workshop/ Museum of Yangliuqing New Years Pictures and will be demonstrating New Year’s prints. Historically, Yanliuqing woodblock prints have been among the best-known types of New Year’s prints.

音和思琴蒙古原生态乐团成立于2008年7月，迄今为止在北京的中山音乐堂、北京音乐厅、世纪剧院、国家大剧院等国家核心音乐场所及天津、上海、广州、深圳等地成功举办了近30场专场音乐会，赢得观众普遍赞誉。同时，系列音乐会《美丽草原我的家》——长调专场音乐会、《圣祝成吉思汗》——呼麦专场音乐会、《草原牧歌》——2009新年音乐会、《草原牧歌》——暑期学生专场音乐会、《嘎达梅林》——蒙古族叙事民歌、四胡专场音乐会、《万马奔腾——蒙古族四代马头琴演奏家专场音乐会、《赞歌》——蒙古族十大艺术专场音乐会等，均获得观众的好评。中央电视台、内蒙古电视台、天津电视台、上海电视台、深圳电视台、广州电视台等媒体对乐团的演出给予高度评价和报道。在出访德国、比利时、瑞士、瑞典、荷兰等国的近30场演出中，受到各国观众的热烈欢迎。

音和思琴蒙古原生乐团成员全部来自内蒙古大草原。他们出生在牧民家庭，自幼跟随父母或民间艺人学习马头琴演奏，青少年时期考入音乐专业学院，科学地、系统地接受训练并提高技艺。毕业后大多就职于内蒙古专业艺术团。不光是马头琴，每位成员还都具备拉弦乐，弹拨乐和呼麦演唱能力。他们多次参加央视及国内外大型演出活动并获奖。他们是新生代蒙古族青年演奏家，他们的演奏技巧娴熟，充满了大草原赋予他们热情豪放，深邃辽远的演奏风格。
