加拿大的7-Eleven和日本、美国、菲律宾的7-Eleven大同小异，面积和台湾的7-Eleven差不多大（比菲律宾、美国的店面大很多），贩卖各种商品，价格也比其他超市贵。
加拿大7-ELEVEN热食部分明显没有台湾那样丰富，但也是很重要的一环。加拿大7-ELEVEN没有便当、饭团、微博食品、关东煮或茶叶蛋，但是有披萨、炸鸡、热狗、甜甜圈、松糕等西式食物以及常见水果。
咖啡类饮料品种不少，都是自助服务的，价格也很便宜，一杯1加元多一点，还有各种促销。自带可重用的咖啡杯0.5加元。下载手机应用注册成为免费会员后，不仅可一次性得到一份免费食物或饮料，每月7日和11日还都可以免费领一杯咖啡。对于经常买咖啡的会员，每第7杯咖啡都是免费的。
