大件事！亞洲航空有新屋企！
5月9號我哋搬屋啦！亞洲航空即將告別「娘家」吉隆坡LCC、將基地遷往全新落成的吉隆坡第二國際機場（KLIA 2）！所有進出吉隆坡的亞航和亞航X航班，由當日起都會使用KLIA 2，如果你買咗5月9號之後去吉隆坡、或者由吉隆坡轉機嘅飛，記得記得要重新做交通安排，有親戚朋友接機的話，都要同佢哋講一聲！同時，有數班5月8號飛抵吉隆坡的亞航航班已經率先採用KLIA 2。我們雖然會事先通知受影響乘客，不過仍然強烈建議所有已買飛的朋友，要隨時update你們的亞航會員戶口資料，以免錯過最新通知。關於搬基地一事如果你需要進一步查詢，可以：

細屋搬大屋，我有必要提早到KLIA 2 check-in嗎？由5月9號起，所有在KLIA 2起飛的亞航和亞航X班機的check-in櫃位都會在起飛前3小時開始提供服務、起飛前1小時則停止服務。但由櫃位至登機閘口總有長短不一的距離，我們還是建議你比「建議check-in時間」更早到機場辦登機手續，預留更充足時間辦過關手續和前往登機閘口。KLIA 2對外交通：來往KLIA 2的交通網絡非常方便，你當然可以選擇最快捷的ERL機場快線或的士，也可以透過AirAsia.com預訂於KLIA 2一樓大堂外上車的SkyBus機場巴士。所有往返KLIA 2的方法，都可以在www.klia2.info/transportation找到。如果你的車事前已停泊在LCC的停車場，當局會在5月1日至15日提供免費接駁巴士來往KLIA 2和LCC，有需要乘坐的旅客，可在KLIA 2一樓大堂外的巴士站上車。更多關於這次喬遷之喜的資料，請瀏覽我們的常見問題網頁：http://bit.ly/1ihiXJV
[IMPORTANT NOTICE] We are moving! Our home in LCC Terminal, Kuala Lumpur will soon be moved to Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) beginning 9 May 2014! All AirAsia and AirAsia X flights to/from Kuala Lumpur from 9 May 2014 onwards will be departing and landing at the new klia2 terminals. We urge all guests to make necessary arrangements to your transportation and meeting points accordingly.
Several flights arriving in KL on 8 May will also be moved to klia2, and guests affected will be informed earlier prior to the move. We strongly encourage all guests to keep their AirAsia member profile updated so we are able to update you accordingly. Should you require further assistance, please contact us via:

How early should you arrive? All AirAsia and AirAsia X baggage-drop counters will open three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time, and will close one (1) hour before departure time effective 9th May 2014 onwards at klia2. We would like to advise all our guests to arrive ahead of the recommended check-in time to ensure ample time to move from check-in counters to your designated departure gates.
Transportation: There will be a variety of transportation choices in and out of klia2, including buses, ERL (Express Rail Transit) and taxis. You will still be able to utilize your SkyBus booking made via AirAsia.com at klia2, departing at Level 1 @ klia2. You can check out the list of transportation options from/to klia2 @ http://www.klia2.info/transportation. If your car is parked at LCC Terminal upon arrival at klia2, FREE shuttles are provided between LCCT and klia2 every 15-20 minutes for your convenience from 1st May – 15th May 2014. Guests are able to board the bus at Level 1 @ klia2.

というわけで、現時点で予想されている情報をまとめてみます。
尚、以下の情報は全てエアアジアの正式発表ではありません。

日本線よりも韓国線のほうが定期便としては先に就航するというまさかの話。今、成田と関空に飛んでいるチャーター便に乗せてくれよ・・・と思ってしまうのは自分だけでしょうか。

KUCHING: AirAsia Bhd (AirAsia) announced the launch of three new international routes from its hub in Johor Bahru, connecting the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia to Yogyakarta (four times weekly) and Lombok (three times weekly) in Indonesia; and Ho Chi Minh City (four times weekly) in Vietnam.
The three new international routes provide the community of Johor Bahru with more destination choices for travel and enhanced convenience plus savings, as the latest direct connectivity no longer requires them to connect via Kuala Lumpur to these cities.
To kick-start the new international routes from Johor Bahru to Yogyakarta, Lombok and Ho Chi Minh City, AirAsia is offering base fares from as low as RM0 with the booking period from April 15 to 20, 2014 for the travel period from July 11, 2014 to April 30, 2015.
On this move, AirAsia head of Commercial, Spencer Lee said, “Johor Bahru is one of our important hubs, and we recognise its great potential in terms of route development and high demand for more international connectivity.
“The three new routes from Johor Bahru to Yogyakarta, Lombok and Ho Chi Minh City signify our commitment in establishing enhanced connectivity for the people in the southern state of Peninsular Malaysia.
With the great support of Senai International Airport, we look forward to initiate more routes in the future and provide greater access to our wide network for the benefit of the people of Johor Bahru and the community of Southern Peninsular Malaysia.
Besides Yogyakarta and Lombok, AirAsia has established great connectivity between Johor Bahru and Indonesia with 15 times weekly flights, to Jakarta (four times weekly), Bandung (four times weekly) and Surabaya (seven times weekly). The airline also presents the best overall connectivity between Malaysia and Indonesia.
AirAsia also connects Johor Bahru to various domestic destinations in Peninsular and East Malaysia with 91 times weekly flights, such as to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kuching, Miri, Sibu, and Kota Kinabalu. In total, the airline has 106 times weekly flights out of its Johor Bahru hub.
The airline is also introducing additional flights in conjunction with the upcoming Aidilfitri celebrations from Kuala Lumpur to Padang, Palembang and Solo. Promotional fares are also offered for the additional flights, with all-in-fares from as low as RM79 from Kuala Lumpur to Padang and Palembang; and RM129 from Kuala Lumpur to Solo.
Booking is open at www.airasia.com, from now until April 20, 2014, for the travel period from July 24 to Sept 30. 2014. Promotional fares for the additional flights are inclusive of fuel surcharge and airport tax (excluding other optional fees) and for one way travel only.
500名赴马来西亚游客退机票遭拒
法制晚报讯（记者 张雷）继马航MH370航班失联之后，中国游客又在马来西亚仙本那被绑架，两起事件让原本计划前往马来西亚的中国游客打起了退堂鼓。
今天上午，记者从中国法律云服务平台北京盈科律云科技有限公司(简称律云，网友可通过电话、官网、微博等方式寻求法律维权服务的平台）获悉，已经有近500名购买马来西亚亚洲航空公司机票的游客，在退票要求被拒绝后申请了法律援助。
今年2月初，来自北京的李女士和她的3个朋友购买了亚航前往马来西亚仙本那的机票，共计花了1万多元，预计起飞的时间是今年9月。
“马航的事情出了之后，自己就开始担心马来西亚航空公司的安全性，不过因为自己购买的不是马航，所以还没有想过退票。可后来的绑架案正好发生在我要去的仙本那，心一下子就悬了起来。”李女士告诉记者。
上午，记者联系到了同样在亚航购买了前往马来西亚机票的王女士。“我们是去旅游的，提心吊胆地还怎么玩儿。”王女士说。
随后，李女士和王女士向亚航提出了退票申请，然而都遭到了拒绝。“亚航给出的答复是没有接到通知，我们退票属于个人原因，无法办理。”李女士说。
上午，记者拨打了亚航的客服电话，但一直无人接听。
记者了解到，亚航属于马来西亚第二家国际航空公司，属于廉价航空。记者在亚航官网上的“费用规则”中看到，“目的地更改”、“航班和增值服务退款”均不被允许。乘客购买机票时也知道有不支持改签和退票的条款。
然而，记者在一个名为亚航退票的消费者QQ群中看到，大部分乘客认为，他们的退票原因是马来西亚的局势动荡，而不是个人原因，因此坚持退票或者改签。
随后记者咨询了律云的袁兴群律师。袁律师表示，截至目前，律云已向约500名游客提供维权咨询，200余名旅客已提交了详细的购票信息。据乘客的普遍反应，退票的主要理由是担心去马来，人身安全得不到保障。
律师说法 旅客退票理由合理 符合情势变迁原则
袁律师认为，亚航在中国经营就应该适用中国法律，《合同法》、新的《消费者权益保护法》都可以作为乘客退票的依据。
“旅客运输合同是实践性合同，购票的行为并不代表合同已经生效。如果因为旅客自身原因退票，那么旅客需要承担责任。目前，国际上很多国家都在使用情势变迁原则。根据该原则，如果现在国际形势和刚开始签订合同时的情况相比发生了改变，法院会根据公平原则判定是否解除合同。”
袁律师认为，乘客的退票理由是合理的，符合情势变迁原则。
