多伦多小意大利以众多咖啡店和餐厅吸引了众多到访多伦多的游客。意大利移民最早和华人一样落户于现多伦多市府大楼所在地，但1920年代就已经转移到了现在的小意大利区域。如今多伦多的意大利人多已搬迁到市中心以外居住，小意大利成为了一个多元文化社区，有不少葡萄牙人和拉美人也在此居住。小意大利依然保留了不少意大利餐厅，同时也有其他各国美食餐厅入驻。
Taste of Little Italy每年六月中旬在多伦多小意大利举办，众多的美食摊位吸引多伦多各地市民前来朝圣。
