
Gerrard India Bazaar , located in Toronto’s Leslieville neighbourhood , is the oldest marketplace for the city’s South Asian community since 1972. It consists of restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores and other businesses run by immigrants from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.





Gerrard India Bazaar is filled with colourful murals that reflect its diverse cultures.


Fatih Mosque is the second oldest mosque in Toronto.

Food is a big part of Festival of South Asia. You can find food from all different countries of South Asia, from Indian street food to Afghani kebab.





On the main stage, there’s music and dance performances representing different cultures of South Asia.
