TD Toronto Jazz Festival

The TD Toronto Jazz Festival’s 2019 edition is a 10-day long festival with music ranging from jazz, to hip-hop, to blues, to gospel! Come see headliners like Diana Ross, Omara Portuondo, Ghost-note, Makaya McCraven and so many more! Also, don’t miss opening weekend on a shutdown Bloor Street with free shows including artists like the Downchild Blues Band, with special guest Canadian icon Dan Aykroyd, hip-hop great Shad, queen of gospel Shirley Caesar and others! Yorkville will play host to over 175 free shows!

The Festival partners with the Royal Ontario Museum and Cirque du Soleil to create an extravagant opening weekend full of activities for those of all ages, bring the family and celebrate the beginning of summer with us!

Taste Of Russia Festival 2019

On June 9 Russian-Canadians would like to present an annual festival Taste of Russia.

Expect various ethnic bands and ensembles, modern dance clubs and performers, artisans and merchants will unite under ‘one roof’ to present the Eastern-European cultural experience to Canadians.

To demonstrate cuisine of multiple ethnicities living in Russia, they will bring restaurants, caterers and food vendors with flavors characteristic to peoples inhabiting Russia.
