This year we’re doin’ it bigger and better! The second annual Mac and Cheese Festival is taking over Ontario Place West Island. The festival will feature over 75 food, drink and artisanal vendors; 40 of which include Toronto’s top chefs, savvy cooks and food entrepreneurs, competing to make the city’s best mac and cheese. The Mac and Cheese Festival has added a Craft Beer and Cider Bay, Carnival Corner, Food Truck Island, Artisanal Market, Dairy Farmers of Canada and Metro Cooking Stage, more live entertainment and a Guinness World Record attempt to create a 2,500 pound bowl of mac and cheese. Event organizers have chosen to donate a percentage of profits raised to the National Wildlife Rehabilitation Foundation.
