【有關越南特殊局勢影響之特別票務安排】
由於越南(胡志明市/河內)特殊局勢影響，香港航空由即日起，豁免乘客之更改訂座費用。 此措施適用於2014 年 5 月 15 日或之前，所有獲取香港航空航班 (適用於所有票價類別) 於 2014 年 5月 15 日至 2014 年 5 月 29日期間已確認機位之航空機票。
以下情況之更改訂座/航點費用將被豁免：
更改需求必須於2014 年 5 月 29日或之前提出，原定旅行日期為2014 年 5月 15 日至 2014 年 5 月 29日期間所有涉及越南胡志明市/河內之香港航空航班。更改後之始發日期必須為2014 年6月 30日或之前，並受艙位供應限制，客票有效期將作相應調整。
乘客可通過香港航空網站www.hongkongairlines.com查詢最新特別票務安排。香港航空同時建議乘客前往機場前先行查詢航班狀況，或致電以下熱線電話查詢。

【Special Notice for Ticketing Handling Due to Special Situation in Vietnam】
Due to the special situation in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi), with immediate effect, rebooking charges will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on/before 15 May 2014 for travel with Hong Kong Airlines (HX) confirmed booking involving Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi between 15 May 2014 and 29 May 2014.
Rebooking / rerouting charges will be waived on condition that:
Such requests are made on / before 29 May 2014 for travel with Hong Kong Airlines (HX) confirmed booking involved in (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi) between 15 May 2014 and 29 May 2014. Revised (new) travel date must be on / before 30 Jun 2014 and subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be adjusted accordingly.
