在众多负面因素环绕下，亚航股价今日一度跌4仙或3.96%，至97仙，写下自2008年6月杪以来新低。
周五闭市时，亚航以97仙挂收，全日跌4仙或3.96%，总成交量为5946万1600股。
除了外资撤出与市场低迷之外，业绩失色也造成影响。

国际高速列车发生枪击案 美籍乘客舍身制服枪手
中新网8月22日电 据外媒报道，一列从荷兰阿姆斯特丹前往巴黎的国际高速列车(Thalys)行进途中发生枪击，一男子持AK-47步枪开火，3人受伤。两名正好在车上的美籍乘客制伏了枪手，据法国媒体报道，这两人都是军人。
火车原计划前往巴黎，案发后改去北部城市阿拉斯(Arras)，到站后枪手即被逮捕。
据当地媒体报道，两名制伏枪手的乘客都是军人，他们听见洗手间里有武器装弹上膛的声音，才得以及时在枪手造成更大伤害前就把他制伏。但这两人一人受到严重枪伤，一人手臂被刀划伤。
根据媒体消息，嫌疑人可能从比利时布鲁塞尔上车，是一名26岁来自摩洛哥的男子，情报单位早有他的档案，意味他曾与恐怖组织接触。案发后，调查单位在他的行李内还发现一把自动手枪、弹药和刀具。
巴黎检方的反恐单位已介入调查，这起案件可能指向恐怖攻击。内政部长卡泽纳夫(Bernard Cazeneuve)于案发后立刻前往阿拉斯，向两名美国人致意，并慰问伤者。车上约300名乘客受到惊吓，但并未引发恐慌，他们在阿拉斯下车后，暂时先聚集在一所体育馆里。
Cebu Pacific waives rebooking fees on Bangkok flights
MANILA – Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific on Thursday announced that it would not be charging passengers who wish to rebook flights in the wake of Bangkok’s Erawan Shrine bombing.
This advisory from Cebu Pacific comes a day after flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) decided to waive rebooking fees for the same reason.
Cebu Pacific said that passengers booked on flights to and from Bangkok on Aug 18 – 31 may rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from the original departure date; or opt for full travel fund without penalties.
The airline company, however pointed out that these options are available for passengers with bookings made on or before Aug 17 only.
It also urged passengers to specify their preferred option by calling the airline company’s reservation hotlines (+632)702-0888 or (+6332)230-8888, or visit any of its ticket offices.
However, Cebu Pacific said that flights to and from Bangkok, Thailand continue to operate as scheduled at this time.
The airline company said that it is also closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates to passengers as soon as available.
To recall, the shrine bombing incident killed 22 people and wounded 120 others including one Filipino worker.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has so far placed Thailand under Alert Level 1 and advised Filipinos to be alert and take necessary precautions.
Alert Level 1 is issued when there are valid signs of internal disturbance, instability, and external threat to the host country.
訪日外籍客福音 日擬擴大免稅範圍
日本觀光廳討論2016年度稅制修改，考慮擴大訪日外籍觀光客消費免稅，家電品、珠寶等一般物品，免稅範圍可能由現行的1萬日圓以上，調降至5000日圓以上。
家電產品、鐘錶、寶石、民藝品等一般物品，依現行免稅規定，在同一家商店單日每人購買總額為「1萬日圓以上」，將來改為「5000日圓以上」。
消費稅可免除部分包括一般物品與消耗品，如食品、飲料、化妝品、醫藥品等。依現行制度消耗品免稅應符合購買金額「超過5000日圓至50萬日圓」，觀光廳考慮修改為「滿5000日圓至50萬日圓」。
日本觀光廳的意見如載入2016年度稅制修改提案，執政黨將於今年年底開始研議。
日本政府觀光局指出，訪日外籍觀光客今年1至7月比去年同期增47%，達1105萬人次。
日本觀光廳統計顯示，訪日外籍觀光客的消費金額今年4至6月是8887億日圓，就1季而言，金額創新高。
