PH carriers seek flight entitlements to Russia

THE country’s four local carriers are seeking flight entitlements to Russia following the signing of a new air services agreement between the Philippines and Russia in July.

Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, AirPhil and ZestAir have filed with the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) their respective applications for allocation of entitlements to Russia.

柯文哲媽媽：李登輝講得很對

（中央社記者葉素萍新竹22日電）台北市長柯文哲的爸媽柯承發、何瑞英今天出席民進黨總統參選人蔡英文與立委柯建銘的後援會成立大會。何瑞英說，前總統李登輝「講得很對」，她也是日本時代出生。

前總統李登輝日前接受日本媒體Voice專訪，言論引發爭議。

民進黨主席蔡英文出席新竹市百工百業社團後援會授證大會，柯文哲爸媽柯承發、何瑞英也應柯建銘邀請出席。蔡英文結束活動要離開前，特地上前與柯爸、柯媽握手致意。

何瑞英受訪指出，柯文哲不知道她今天來這場活動，是柯建銘邀請她，所以她們特地出席。

媒體問她是否也支持蔡英文？柯媽媽說，「應該吧！應該吧！」，她說，「想換人做看嘜」，她說，自己不認識蔡英文，但覺得蔡英文應該是好總統，若當選，當然是好，她看蔡英文演講或其他，都很不錯。

柯媽媽也說，「李總統講得很對耶！我也是日本時代出生，誰叫你們把台灣割讓給日本，我也不得已啊，我在台灣長大，要不然我要去哪裡？」。

媒體追問她，總統馬英九與國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱罵李登耀罵得很兇。柯媽媽說，「他們不知道，亂罵，他從中國來，他不知道」。

青岛航空空姐体重超标要被开除业内人士：太胖不雅观

央广网北京8月22日消息(记者赵珂实习记者孙悦)据经济之声《天下公司》报道，这两天有消息传出，青岛航空在职乘务员如果体重超标将全部停飞，如果体重触碰到某条红线，还会被勒令开除。对此，青岛航空公司的一名在职乘务员表示，上述内容属实；但青岛航空相关负责人称，公司对空乘体重确实有要求，但媒体所说的红线，以及停飞、开除等规定是不存在的。

　　青岛航空表示，公司在招聘空乘人员时，会对空姐的综合素质以及体重等做出详细的规定，这些规定都有明文要求。青岛航空公布的最新女乘务员招聘信息显示，空姐要求身高在165-172厘米，体重标准为身高减去110厘米后的公斤数，上下误差不能超过10%。

AirAsia X slows fleet expansion

MAAX currently operates 20 A330-300s but three of these aircraft are currently used for charters and wet leases. MAAX is only committed to charters and wet leases through 3Q2015, giving it spare capacity to expand its scheduled operation in 4Q2015. Some of this capacity has already been allocated with additional flying from Kuala Lumpur, including a new four times per week service to Sapporo in Japan from 1-Oct-2015 and the planned 1-Nov-2015 launch of four weekly flights to Honolulu via Osaka pending approvals from US authorities.
