外交部今天表示，國人自今年2月10日（大年初三）起申請電子簽證（e-visa）赴土耳其觀光旅遊，享有免費待遇，今年將可替國人省下7000萬元申辦費。
外交部表示，今年赴土耳其觀光人數預估可達8萬人次，依現行土耳其電子簽證每件收費24美元計算，這項措施今年將可為國人節省近200萬美元，約合新台幣7000萬元的簽證申辦費。
外交部指出，為國人爭取出國便利是外交部工作要項之一，經與土耳其多次協商，雙方同意相互給予電子簽證免收費待遇，這是兩國共同努力所達致的成果，除可節省國人出國成本，並可大幅提升雙邊經貿、觀光、學術及文化的交流。
外交部表示，台北—伊斯坦堡航線自去年3月31日通航以來，雙邊往來旅客急速增加，長榮航空亦將於今年3月5日加入伊斯坦堡航線營運。
外交部表示，為因應市場需求，土耳其航空另將於今年7月13日由現有的每週7航班增至10航班。去年台灣約有5萬人前往土耳其，鑒於今年雙邊直航班次大增，預估國人赴土耳其人數可達8萬人次，已成為國人旅遊及中轉歐洲、非洲各國的熱門地點。
European budget airline Ryanair said on Tuesday it will cut routes and jobs in Italy later this year as a result of a 40 percent increase in passenger departure taxes.
Ryanair said that from October it would drop 16 routes and 600 jobs after the Italian government this year raised departure taxes to 9 euros ($9.81) from 6.50 euros to help subsidise layoffs at former flagship carrier Alitalia.
“Ryanair had no choice but to close two of its 15 Italian bases, Alghero and Pescara, and move its aircraft, pilots and crews to countries that have lower tourism costs,” David O’Brien, Ryanair’s chief commercial officer, said in a company statement issued in Italian.
Cutting eight routes from the Sardinian city of Alghero, five from Pescara on Italy’s Adriatic coast and all of its current service in the southern city of Crotone will cause 600 job losses and 800,000 client losses, Ryanair said.
The tax increase will “seriously damage Italian tourism,” O’Brien said, appealing for the government to eliminate the tax that “will hand a golden opportunity for growth to destinations in Spain, Portugal and Greece that have lower tourism costs”.
On Monday, Ryanair announced a massive share buyback of 800 million euros because record passenger numbers will allow it to hit its profit target even as fares fall.
In a separate statement, Ryanair said it would add four new routes for the “winter of 2016” from Rome to Sofia, Bulgaria, Nuremberg, Germany, Prague and Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.
Thai AirAsia has grown its network from Phuket (HKT) with the introduction on 1 February of daily A320 flights to Wuhan (WUH) in China. The 3,013-kilometre route will face competition from China Southern Airlines who already serve the market with nine weekly flights. Flights to Wuhan arrive at the Chinese airport at 23:00, but rather than night-stopping the aircraft returns straight to Phuket, departing Wuhan at 23:45 and arriving back in Thailand at 03:15 the following morning. Another AirAsia Group airline, AirAsia, began flights to Wuhan from Kota Kinabalu on 22 January.

ホテル満杯で価格上昇
中国経済の減速で、世界の金融市場は動揺し実体経済への悪影響も懸念されている。しかし、ＡＮＡホールディングスの平子裕志取締役は強気だ。「急激な円高にでも転じない限り、中国からの訪日客の動向は変わらない」。
実際、傘下の全日本空輸の中国路線は、春節連休中ピーク時には予約数が前年比１割増となっている。
国内８空港に乗り入れる中国の格安航空会社（ＬＣＣ）、春秋航空は先週末の日本便がほぼ満席で「ピーク前後の週も予約がいっぱい」（日本支社）という。普段は片道８千円の大阪－上海線が、日によっては２０万円前後に高騰している。
ホテルニューオータニ大阪（大阪市中央区）では、春節連休中の稼働率は前年同期比で２４ポイント上昇し９１％。帝国ホテル大阪（同市北区）は約９５％、ホテルグランヴィア大阪（同）も９割を超えている。
宿泊料の平均単価は上昇しており、ニューオータニ大阪は前年同期より３千円ほど高くなった。帝国ホテル大阪では「富裕層の個人旅行客が伸びており、グレードの高い客室の予約が堅調」という。
