Air Canada starts trial crackdown on carry-on bags
据CP24报道：加航正推出了一个无截止日期的试行的项目，今天开始在多伦多皮尔逊机场实施，以确保乘客的手提行李能够放得进座位上方的行李柜裡。自从加航早前发布将在11月2日起加收经济舱位25元行李费后，加航再次推出这个试行项目，便于严打乘客把超重手提行李带上机。
加航为了此项目加派了大量人手，检查与测量乘客带上机的手提行李是否属于超重。根据加航规定，每位乘客允许带最多2件手提行李上机，每一件行李不能超过10kg。带上机的行李包括有个人物品如：背包，公文袋或手提电脑（16X33X43厘米）；同时还有一个小型行李箱（23X40X55厘米）。加航暂时只会在多伦多皮尔逊机场实施这项试行项目，暂未有打算在加国其他机场试行。
