We are closely monitoring the situation in Bali, Indonesia with regards to the potential eruption of Mount Agung. As of now, all Scoot flights to and from Denpasar (Bali) are operating as scheduled.
Passengers holding confirmed tickets purchased on or before 22 September 2017 for travel from 24 September to 2 October have the option of contacting our call centre at http://bit.ly/Callcentre_Scoot to rebook to a later date with change fees waived, subject to seat availability and applicable fare difference.
Passengers are also advised to update their contact details to receive updates on their flights, and to check our website regularly for updates.
