THE AWARD DETAILS
The Award for the “Best Transpacific Airline” focusses on airlines flying between Asia/Australasia and North/South America,  and assesses their Quality performance across both the product and staff service categories of the survey results. The awards are based not only on positions in the global rating result, but also include an airline’s performance across different but relevant award categories (eg. best in cabin class, onboard catering, seats, staff service etc).
