Winter Stations 2018 at Asbridge’s Bay, Toronto

Founded in 2015 by equal partners RAW, Ferris + Associates and Curio, Winter Stations is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing temporary public art to the city. Running along Toronto’s east end beaches, Winter Stations asks designers from around the world to transform utilitarian lifeguard stations into creative, imaginative works of publicly accessible art for six weeks of the winter. Winter Stations Design Competition is now in its fourth year and has attracted attention and acclaim from the design and architecture community around the world for its creative embrace of winter outdoor space.

Free Ride to Hue Beach

Big C supermarket in Hue has free shuttle bus service to take supermarket customers to and from surrounding villages. It’s free to ride a bus to the supermarket. On the way back home, you only need to give the bus conductor a Big C shopping receipt on purchase of at least 20000 Dong($1).

One of the routes to Cu Lai is particular useful for tourists because it takes you directly to Hue’s beaches.
