Kuala Lumpur – Melaka route is served by many bus companies. The largest one is Transnasional and it is the only company that serve the useful KL Airport(KLIA & LCCT)-Melaka route. Therefore, in the article I will use Transnasional data for introduction. Although you could find another company running the same route from the same bus terminal at the same price.

There are two major routes: A. Kuala Lumpur – Melaka Sentral B. Kuala Lumpur International Airport – Melaka

Route A: Kuala Lumpur – Melaka Sentral

Fare (Adult): RM 12.30
Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
Departure Terminal: Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS-BTS)
Arrival Terminal: Melaka Sentral
Departure from KL: 07:00-22:00, at least every hour.
Departure from Melaka Sentral: 05:00-20:00, at least every hour.

Terminal Bersepadu Selatan-Bandar Tasik Selatan or TBS-BTS for short can be easily reached by LRT, by KTM train or by Express Rail Link(ERL) from the airport or from the city. Get off at Bandar Tasik Selatan Station.

Melaka Sentral bus terminal is 3km from the historic core of the city. You can take Malacca Town Bus No 17 (green bus) to Dutch Square and get off with everyone else.

Route B: KLIA/LCCT – Melaka

Fare (Adult): RM 21.90
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Departure Terminal: LCCT/KLIA airport
Arrival Terminal: Mahkota Medical Centre
Departure from LCCT: 09:00, 11:30, 14:00, 16:00, 21:00
Departure from KLIA: 09:15, 11:45, 14:15, 16:15, 21:15
Departure from Melaka Sentral: 00:15
Departure from Mahkota Medical Centre(MMC): 05:00, 08:00, 12:30, 14:30

Mahkota Medical Centre is located in downtown Melaka. Surrounded by several modern hotels and shopping malls, it is only a few hundred metres away from the historic core.

1.南海茶室Chicken Rice Ball

我吃过这一间的鸡饭粒，还不错，虽然服务员冷冰冰。附近很多鸡饭粒店，这间最著名。过了桥不要一直往前走上鸡场街，而应该立刻向右观望寻找。南海茶室就在靠近河边的方位上，通常都有人排队。过了三叔公，还有别的鸡饭粒餐馆。我听很多人说蔡澜推荐的那家难吃。

2.Capitol Satay Celup

城中很多冒名的，招牌看着很类似，但只有这一家是正宗的。店门口永远有很多人在排队。
