A passenger who attempted to hijack a plane headed for Bali has been arrested, according to reports.
There were reports the Virgin Blue plane had been hijacked on its way from Brisbane to Bali tonight.
An Indonesian transport official says the passenger tried to enter the plane’s cockpit, causing the pilot to issue a hijack alert.
The passenger was arrested when the plane arrived in Denpasar a short time ago.
